Welcome to the Madcap Web Supplier Portal. It gives direct, immediate and secure access to all of your production, financial information and other required documents.
Getting Started
This section explains the basics for using the Supplier Portal. If you require information about any part of the web portal you can click the Help button for instructions.
Menu Links
This is your top level menu bar that will allow you to navigate the web portal. Clicking on your vendors Logo will take you to their main website.
The production menu contains all your result information.
The Financial menu contains payment and budget information.
The documents menu contains documentation from your vendor.
This is the Product menu. All products available can be selected from this menu. Any results viewed will be for the product that is currently displayed.
This is the Farm menu. All Farms or Groups you are permitted to view results for can be selected from this menu. You can also view farm information, configure third party access, view future pickups and access any farm messages. Any results viewed will be for the Farm or Group that is currently displayed.
This is the Supplier menu which is essentially a settings menu for you as the user. From here you can set up and configure the dashboard, edit your details, add contacts, send feedback and logout. Clicking Logout will log you out of the Supplier Portal and take you back to the initial login screen.
Table Option Buttons
These are the table option buttons that allow you to change table display settings, filter table options and export table data to another format.

icon toggles the current display from a table layout to a List layout
The 
icon allows you to filter the selection criteria. Tick the criteria you wish to display or un-tick to hide the selection.
The 
icon allows data to be exported into a different format for analysis or integration into other programs. Formats available include:
- JSON
- XML
- CSV
- MS-Excel
Logging on to the System using your Internet Browser
The Madcap Web Portal can be accessed from any web browser. To enter the Web Portal, type the web portal address into the address bar and click Enter. The Logon screen will appear and prompt for a username and password combination. This will have been assigned to you by your Madcap Administrator.
On valid entry you will be directed to the default entry page. The Dashboard is the current default entry page set up unless a different configuration has been specified.
